- Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word files to the Editor at editor@ijaaworld.com
- Manuscripts, including endnotes and references, must be between 5000 and 6000 words.
- An abstract of 150 words with 5 or 6 keywords is required
- Manuscripts must be in font Times New Roman with a size of 12 point. Please refer to The Chicago Manual of Style, 16th edition (notes system must be used instead of in-text parenthetical system/ the author-date system)
- Authors must hide their identity in manuscripts in order to ensure anonymity for double-blind reviews.
- A brief biographical note should be provided in a separate file.
- Authors must give an undertaking in writing that the manuscripts submitted to the Indian Journal of Asian Affairs (IJAA) have neither been published elsewhere nor will be submitted elsewhere while under consideration by IJAA.
- The word length of book reviews should be between 500 and 600 words.
- The word length of commentaries should be between 1800 and 2000 words.
