SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- There is no submission or processing fee.
- Because we receive numerous queries, it is not possible to respond to each unless the manuscript falls within the ambit of our journal. So, if you do not receive a response to your query, it is possible that the topic is not within the scope of our journal.
- Please email your submission (MS Word) to contact@ijaaworld.com.
- Manuscript submission requirements:
- Times New Roman; 1.5 lines; Font 12
Word-limit:
Article: 6,500 - 8,000 (inclusive of endnotes)
Commentary: 1,800- 3,000
Book review: 500- 700
- When submitting an article, please provide an abstract of 150 words with 4-
6 keywords
- Referencing style: References should formatted as endnotes, and not as in-text citations. Bibliographies are not required. For guidelines, please see The Chicago Manual of Style, latest edition. Authors may choose to format the citations using this style once their submission is accepted.
- Authors must hide their identity in manuscripts in order to ensure anonymity for double-blind reviews. A separate file should carry a brief biographical note. The peer-review process usually takes nearly nearly two months.
- Authors must give an undertaking in writing that the manuscripts submitted to the Indian Journal of Asian Affairs (IJAA) have neither been published elsewhere nor will be submitted elsewhere while under consideration by IJAA.
